Congratulations: Lura Good, Kanaysha Milton, Terance Saysay Lura Good is a 12th grade student born on August 1, 2000.  Her favorite subjects in school are English and Art.  She loves to read in English class and Art has always been a big part of her.  Lura would like to attend CCC next year to begin her studies in Zoology and then transfer to a 4 year college.  She is actively involved in school, participating in Theatre Arts, GSA, Book Club, RAK club, Interact Club, Cross Country, and Track & Field.  Lura enjoys reading, drawing, writing stories, hanging out with family and friends, and chilling with her pets.  She is thankful for her great friends and teachers who are always there for her.  She is also thankful for her parents for supporting her and pushing her to be better.  

Kanaysha Milton is a 12th grade student born on September 7, 2000.  Her favorite subjects in school are Math, Ceramics, and Physical Education.  She learns something new every day in Math, she can be creative in Ceramics, and she is competitive in nature in PE.  After graduating, Kanaysha would like to attend college to study Nursing.  She participates in Basketball and Interact Club at LHS.  In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, reading, and researching new things.  She is thankful for her family and friends, because they are always there for her.  

Terance Saysay is a 12th grade student born on October 17, 1999.  His favorite subject in school is Computer Science.  He is enjoying studying binary codes.  After graduation Terance would like to attend a 4 year college to study Computer Science.  He would like to travel to Africa at some point to assist with computer education.  At LHS Terance is the Captain of the Football and Wrestling teams, he also participates in Track, and is a Senior Mentor and Student Board Member.  In his spare time he likes to lift weights, go to the movies, and swim at the beach.  He is thankful for transferring to LHS, at first he wasn’t looking forward to the move, but his mother told him, “In every disappointment in life there is a blessing.”  He believes that moving here has proven to be a blessing.  He is also thankful for his mother who is a hard-working single mom.
